How do we ensure you get the same quality we do?
Straight from wholesale: All of our flooring is ordered direct through wholesalers and straight to your door. so your products arent stored in warehouses for long periods of time. This can cause issues with certin types of flooring such as wood/engineered wood. where it needs to be stored at correct humidity levels to insure the wood doesn't dry out before installation.
No Bulk buying: A common problem people have asked us to fix is that their carpet/tiles ordered online do not match. This is due to them being given products from different batches. We want to stop this stress. By talking directly to the wholesaler and never bulk buying, you will not receive items from various batches. This ensures your order colour matches. Why is this important? So that you don't have areas of tiles that look a different shade compared to the whole room or that when joining two carpets for larger spaces they will join seemlessly.
