How do I care for Carpet?

Before Installation: 

Please store your carpet in dry conditions. Keep it flat and not stood on the end. We recommend you do not keep your carpet for a long time before opening/installing as any damage will then be your responsibility.

After Installation:

When cleaning your product after installation the manufacturers guidance will need to be followed. Please contact us for your specific carpet details. 

How do I care for LVTs?

Before Installation:

Please store your LVTs in dry, warm conditions. Keep it flat and not stood on the ends. We recommend you do not keep your boxes for a long time before opening/installing as any damage will then be your responsibility.

After Installation:

Please ensure not to use bleach or use steam mopping.

How do I care for Laminate?

Before Installation:

Please store your laminate flooring in dry, warm conditions. Keep it flat and not stood on the ends. We recommend you do not keep your boxes for a long time before opening/installing as any damage will then be your responsibility.

After Installation:

When cleaning your product after installation the manufacturers guidance will need to be followed. Please contact us for your specific laminate details.
